S&E was formed in December 2004 with the acquisition of Gitto Global Products. In June of 2005 the intellectual property of Lynn plastics was acquired. The company is privately owned with manufacturing facilities located in Lunenburg, MA about one hour northwest of Boston. Primary markets served globally include Wire & Cable, Battery/Uninterrupted Power Supply, Automotive, Footwear, Consumer Performace, and General Purpose Molding & Extrusion applications.
